I had Associated Finishes re-stucco my back fence wall about 90 ft long.The finished product looks wonderful! The workman(unfortunately I don't remember his name) was very good to work with and very neat in his work.He was careful with the nearby plants covering them in plastic and laid plastic down on the near patio to keep it clean.He even noticed that the texture of the stucco on the fence didn't match what was on the house (which I had never noticed after 12 years) and asked which one I wanted. I found dealing with their staff to be very easy.They were very responsive in getting the estimate, scheduling and performing the work, and in getting answers for a couple of follow up questions that I had.I would highly recommend them and have already given their name out to friends if they ever need to have any stuccoing.fyi - I obtained their name from the ToFixIt web site which I figured would be a good referral by itself. .... your son Josh and his crew worked at my North Scottsdale home doing drywall repairs. I just wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with the work that was done. Every one of the workers showed great skill at what they did and they worked hard. The job they did was excellent and they were very clean as they went about their work. What impressed me the most was the way my family and I were treated. All of the workers were very courteous and respectful. I had to send my 91 year old mother away because of her allergies and it was obvious to all that she wasn't happy about leaving home. To my surprise, Josh showed up with extra help on the second day with the intent on finishing the job a day early thereby allowing my Mom to return home a day early. That was very thoughtful and what I would consider to be 'great customer service'. I would definitely hire Associated Finishes, Inc., again and will gladly refer business your way whenever possible. We just wanted to give special recognition to two of your star employees, Harry and Joe. They have given us an extraordinary level of service and quality that has demanded our respect and has fostered a deep appreciation for them.
We can always count on Harry to give 110% on every job he does. If he sees something that needs done, he does it. He has a lot of initiative and a lot of pride in his workmanship. Jim King, the owner of Sierra Finish Services, our trim carpenter will be building his own home with us soon and has requested that Harry be the only drywall service man to work in his home. From one skilled craftsman to another, that is a great compliment to Harry!
Joe has been doing an excellent job supervising the drywall punch work. He is never satisfied with a job not well done. We have seen him pull back the same service man several times until it is done right. We are grateful for his sense of ownership of the quality at Hidden Hills.
